I've read about some foods that balance hormones, and can help gyno by being natural estrogen regulators or even killing off some estrogen. I know zinc can do this, and I think vitamin D3 and fish oil help.
Some things that may help reduce gyno may be:
Oysters
Turkey
Salmon
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Flax
Toasted wheat germ
Eggs
other fish
Broccoli
Coulliflower
green veggies
most fruits (no grapefruit)
fish oil pills
Zinc pills
and D3 pills
These may help from the research i've done. Please comment, and add more things or give your imput and ideas on the topic. Of corse youd need excersise too.
