So I'm starting this cycle in two weeks. This is my diet also. How does it look, going for lean solid gains. Don't care much for a shitload of weight gain, want to lose some bodyfat and gain 5-10 lbs muscle. Right now 5'10'', 206lbs, 14%bf.
1-14 Test C 400mg wk (adex when needed)
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg ed
6-14 Proviron 50mg ed
9-16 Anavar 40mg ed (pharm grade)
Diet:
[1] 5 egg white, 1 yolk, 2 slice whole wheat bread, creatine
[2] 48g whey shake, 1 tbsp npb, banana
[3] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[4] same as above
[5] Pre workout- 25g whey, 1/2 cup oats or ww bread
[6] Post workot- 50g whey, 50g waxy maize, creatine
[7] Chicken breast or 6 hard boiled eggs, veggies
[8] 1/2 cup cottage cheese, flax
Is there anything I should drop or add??
