Diet Critique??

So I'm starting this cycle in two weeks. This is my diet also. How does it look, going for lean solid gains. Don't care much for a shitload of weight gain, want to lose some bodyfat and gain 5-10 lbs muscle. Right now 5'10'', 206lbs, 14%bf.
1-14 Test C 400mg wk (adex when needed)
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg ed
6-14 Proviron 50mg ed
9-16 Anavar 40mg ed (pharm grade)

Diet:
[1] 5 egg white, 1 yolk, 2 slice whole wheat bread, creatine
[2] 48g whey shake, 1 tbsp npb, banana
[3] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[4] same as above
[5] Pre workout- 25g whey, 1/2 cup oats or ww bread
[6] Post workot- 50g whey, 50g waxy maize, creatine
[7] Chicken breast or 6 hard boiled eggs, veggies
[8] 1/2 cup cottage cheese, flax

Is there anything I should drop or add??

I eat pretty much the same as what you are doing but I alternate the chicken with lean ground beef, salmon, shrimp or turkey. I break the 48g and 50g shakes up into 20g shakes and drink them throughout the day (made with water). I believe in eating egg yolks for skin quality from the fats, so I eat all the yolks. Your diet is very close to mine. I been eating that diet for 4 years now. I am 5'11" 204 and 7%bf, and have been for 4 years, so the diet works for what you want. You really want to accelerate your results, drop the Beastdrol (your on two orals already) and add 75mg Tren Ace mon, wed, fri. Wow!

5'10'', 210lbs 7%bf is pretty much what size I want to be. So basically I need to gain about 10lbs of muscle and lose 5-7 pounds of fat. Hopefully this cycle will get me somewhere in the range that I want to be. As for Tren I will try that one day but I am not ready for that yet.

Is there anything I need to change at all in that diet to clean it up a bit or it's good??

[2] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[3] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[4] same as above

Thanks man, looks good! I might cut out meal 4 at some point if I want to look more lean. That's alot of eating.
Does anyone know the approxiamte macros for that??
 
Are these meals two hours apart?

I can't do 2 hours, that's too much for me.....especially the same boring food over and over again.
I shoot for 2.5 to 3 hours between meals. I did a similar diet similar to this last time and I looked dam solid! I would cheat on the weekends for a few meals but I felt that helped me with some extra size. This time I am going to try and not cheat at all except for one day a week with only 1-2 cheat meals.
Going for 215lbs @ 7-9% bf.

You should be more that 215 w/ 7-9% bodyfat...Ill put money you will be right at 220 after a correct pct...Good diet though...Taking any vitamans?

Supplements are Acitivite by MHP, kre-alkalyn creatine, fish oils, bcaa's, whey, waxy maize.
