Gotcha! What are your stats? So my diet looks good? I'm gonna stay very strict on it from here on. It's kinda funny cause I'm actually going to Vegas in early October with my girlfriend and a group of people and I want to be lookin solid with good abs. I have a feeling if I stay disciplined on this diet I can have what I'm lookin for in 1-2 monthsfrom now! Thanks bro

Well, I'm 5'11", 204lbs,most likely 7%bf, training/dieting/cruising on HRT for 4 solid years now and I'm 40 but you know, when your in good shape with nice skin you can usually knock 5 to 7 years off that number and lie to people at all these pool parties I seem to be a permanet fixture at.
