Diet Critique??

So I'm starting this cycle in two weeks. This is my diet also. How does it look, going for lean solid gains. Don't care much for a shitload of weight gain, want to lose some bodyfat and gain 5-10 lbs muscle. Right now 5'10'', 206lbs, 14%bf.
1-14 Test C 400mg wk (adex when needed)
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg ed
6-14 Proviron 50mg ed
9-16 Anavar 40mg ed (pharm grade)

Diet:
[1] 5 egg white, 1 yolk, 2 slice whole wheat bread, creatine
[2] 48g whey shake, 1 tbsp npb, banana
[3] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[4] same as above
[5] Pre workout- 25g whey, 1/2 cup oats or ww bread
[6] Post workot- 50g whey, 50g waxy maize, creatine
[7] Chicken breast or 6 hard boiled eggs, veggies
[8] 1/2 cup cottage cheese, flax

Is there anything I should drop or add??

Can I get a decent 6 pack if I stay strictly on this diet?? Right now I gotta be around 12-14% bf. If not what should I change?? I don't care about being absolutely ripped but I di want tobring the abs out alot more. Karma to you bro's for some good advice
 
I would eat oats instead of whole wheat bread. Bread raises estrogen I try and avoid it. Add 1 cup green veggies to your chicken/sweet potato meals.Personally I wouldnt do two shakes back to back like in your pre/post. switch one of the chix meals so u can eat chix and oatmeal before the gym thats what I do also I eat some natt PB. I think its a good diet though.
 
You will get abs on it, I did and STILL DO! And I still follow that diet very, very close but I don't eat all the sweet potatoes. Only carbs I have is 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning and whatever carbs I get from my low carb protien shakes and some ritz crackers with skippy natural peanut butter on them from time to time.

Do you carb up before and after the gym? I feel like my workouts would suffer. Plus I'm still trying to put on muscle, not trying to lose weight. Plus on cycle I want to lose bf while gaining a few lbs. Maybe I will cut out 1 sweet potato and only at carbs in the morning, meal 3, oats before gym, waxy maize after gym. Cool??

No carbing up before the gym. I been living on what little carbs I pointed out that I eat for 4 years straight. I don't have cheat meals, never. My energy is fine. I been eating chicken for dinner the last year straight. I'm very strict on diet and it's not boring to me and I don't miss pizza or chinese food or whatever one bit. I drink and do rec drugs on the weekends, every frikkin weekend, I'm in Vegas!. I don't "cycle", I been "ON" for 4 years straight, but HRT doses. My goal is to just maintain. Not interested in gaining any more size nor do I even increase the weights at the gym. Just maintain and tone, thats what I do, and I been lookin like I do in my picture in my profile for 4 solid years now. Everyone has different goals. I don't bust my ass at the gym either. One body part a day and cardio, abs 3 times a week, BUT, I'm adament on the cardio, yet I only do 15mins of it a day, mon-fri. Oh yeah, I got peptides on order, IGF1-lr3, IGF-2lr3 and CJC-1295, so I'm gonna give that a go, but for HRT doses and anti-aging.

Ha! If that were to happen, me eating JUNK, I'd rather have you send me a sausage, pepper and onion sandwich from the Big Lemon thing on the Seaside boardwalk!

Gotcha! What are your stats? So my diet looks good? I'm gonna stay very strict on it from here on. It's kinda funny cause I'm actually going to Vegas in early October with my girlfriend and a group of people and I want to be lookin solid with good abs. I have a feeling if I stay disciplined on this diet I can have what I'm lookin for in 1-2 monthsfrom now! Thanks bro
