No carbing up before the gym. I been living on what little carbs I pointed out that I eat for 4 years straight. I don't have cheat meals, never. My energy is fine. I been eating chicken for dinner the last year straight. I'm very strict on diet and it's not boring to me and I don't miss pizza or chinese food or whatever one bit. I drink and do rec drugs on the weekends, every frikkin weekend, I'm in Vegas!. I don't "cycle", I been "ON" for 4 years straight, but HRT doses. My goal is to just maintain. Not interested in gaining any more size nor do I even increase the weights at the gym. Just maintain and tone, thats what I do, and I been lookin like I do in my picture in my profile for 4 solid years now. Everyone has different goals. I don't bust my ass at the gym either. One body part a day and cardio, abs 3 times a week, BUT, I'm adament on the cardio, yet I only do 15mins of it a day, mon-fri. Oh yeah, I got peptides on order, IGF1-lr3, IGF-2lr3 and CJC-1295, so I'm gonna give that a go, but for HRT doses and anti-aging.
