Good for you, Id miss all that food.
Have you still ran that diet AFTER starting the cardio? anything happen?

Generally Id suggest cutting those cals in half for cutting, maybe a range 12-15 x your bodyweight eventually, roughly 2330-2900 cals a day. I would think about lowering the carbs and upping the fat since the bulk gave you a lot of food, the cut takes that away and also may leave you a bit hungry.. the added fat can help with that... maybe 40/30/30 and run that until you stall... the talk additional diet manipulation if necessary.
I kinda like what youre doing for now but I'dd cut some carb portions and up the fats add cardio and go from there. Give it 2 weeks then assess the changes.

You can always clean out processed foods, prepackaged meats, dairy etc down the road, etc... maybe get in at least 2-3 servings green veggies a day...

thank you bunny. one more question will i be able to still add lean muscle with this diet?
Honestly if you want to start trimming fat, sometimes you have to chose.. lose fat or gain muscle.... which is priority #1? not that is is IMpossible to do both, just 'at the same time' it's very very debatable ....

I dont know much of anything about AAS but I have spoken to a few people who were able to maintain the muscle mass they had while cutting b/c of it.

Are you going to be tracking your bodyfat regularly so you can actually TRACK your progress and not just say, hey I lost size...I feel small...Im losing LBM etc...?

using Calipers...NOT a BF scale...

Like said above I would lose the packets of oatmeal and go for the old fashioned type. And cut it down to maybe a 1 cup cooked. Your getting roughly 450cals just from the oatmeal in that first meal. Remember carbs aren't a bad thing its just that when calories become a concern you want to keep you protein up then somethings got to get cut down and the carbs loose. Try cooking 7 or 8 eggwhites instead of 3 raw eggs. I would lose the bannana and yogurt and replace with brown rice, sweet potato, ezekiel bread or even oatmeal again if you like it. And add some more veggies try a cup or two to several of your meals. This will really help to keep you full without adding a lot of cals.
As for adding muscle while cutting, well like bunny said you often have to choose. Generally adding muscle requires a surplus of calories while cutting is maintenence or less. But the key is to retain as much muscle as possible while losing as much fat as possible. Remember everyone is different see how you react and then just adjust accordingly. The mirror will be your best judge. Hope this helps.
