decided to jump in and ask for help

Hello to all:

Let me start by saying that i have been reading the fourms for a while and i think they are great. I am a paid fireman or should i say that i do it full time and work another job on the side.

I am 6'4"
between 200 and 210
bf bounces 4 to 11% depending on the time of year

I am trying to track my progress now and am seeing some inprovement but i am really kinda flying blind. Information here and everywhere else that i have seen kinda leads in all directions... Everyone has a better way of doing things

Keeping up with my food intake is a challange I eat a bunch but have a hard time counting it up cause others are doing the cooking.

What is a good growth rate of lbs for a highly active person a week. I should also say that i am a diabetic, because of weight lifting.

Any help or thoughts are welcome.

i like the fact that this seems to be a great support group and i think that i would like to make better use of it

I am a Firefighter/EMT-I as well! Good to have ya! Give us more stats, training, and diet info. That will help others get a base for your progress. Good luck!
