Deca, Test and the Diet...

I am currently in week 5 of a cycle of Orbit Enanthate 500mg/week, Deca 400mg/week...I used Orbit D-Bol for weeks 1-4...

I initially put on around 12 pounds before I had a guy who trains successful BB Competitors to map me out a diet...

Since going on the diet my weight has not changed...although I can tell that I am gaining LBM...

Will remaining on the diet give me the best results for my cycle...? Or should I return to the way I was eating before and try to gain as much weight as possible until the cycle is over...??

MEAL 1
1 1/4 cup oatmeal (dry measure)
1 scoop muscle provider choc Beverly International
1 cup fat free milk (lactose free)
1 tablespoon flax seed oil

MEAL 2
6 oz. lean chicken breast or beef (cooked measure)
9 oz. red potato (pre-cooked measure)
1 cup veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach)

MEAL 3
1 scoop muscle provider choc Beverly International
4 scoops mass maker Beverly International

MEAL 4
6 oz. lean chicken breast or beef (cooked measure)
9 oz. red potato (pre-cooked measure)
1 cup veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach)

MEAL 5
1 scoop muscle provider Beverly International
4 scoops mass maker Beverly International

MEAL 6
6 oz. lean chicken breast or beef (cooked measure)
2 cups veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach)

1 Gallon of water for every 100 pounds of bodyweight

i don't think we can answer this for you. the diet dosn't look too bad, but everyone is different. you gotta see what works best for you. Trial and error is just a part of the game. Best of luck. Keep us updated.
