Ok all... this is funny as it is rediculous.

I was doing heavy deads (and bent over rows) today and usual shit appeared... My throat started to burn, and pereodically it still burns (even now many hours later)...

I know that it is my stomach acid as it feels like an acid(no other acid can get in my mouth, duh)...

Anyone expereinces it?

btw, the acidic burning pain poften appeares after I eat high protein meal (proteins make stomach secret acid, so no wonder)

any1?

reply please!
thanks!

if the problem persists for a while you may have something

called a HIATIAL HERNIA.

other hernias inclune inguinal.......by the pubic bone

imbilical hernias.........where the belly button is

and hiatial..........where the barrier internally has been comprimised.

have no fear hrnias can be treated if you have one, and you'll be good as new when they fix you up.

so if you have one think of it as a learning
lesson and a temporary set back.
:)

good luck

Do you know how it can be fixed? And what can cause it?

what can fix it?

for hiatial I am not entirley sure,

but for the other hernias, the new method of fixing the problem is by inserting a carbon fiber patch over the area tramatized to seal the breach.

I know several people that have had this done...and they are good as new.

ther was discomfort as the body gets used to it, but after you should be fine.

again I am not sur about the hiatial procedure.

but it should be fixable.

as for what cuased it?

any time wear you do a sternuos lift and incease the pressure in side the body, you run the risk of creating a breach somewhere.

males aoften have a congentale weakness in the diaphram, or by the pubic area......so any undo stress could result in an injury.

on a postive note.

a freind of mine had surgery on a very painful hernia. and with a patience, and a new understanding of his bodies limitation he worked his body back to superb shape.

he in fact completed militray bootcamp, and is now stationed in ITALY.

if he can do that after his surgery, you can do anything.

GOODLUCK:)

hernia procedures are like one operation from what I understand.

and I think you need to take like 3-4 weeks off after wards

my freind just ran, did crunches, dips and pull ups when he got back

to build a platform of endurance, and core abdominal strength

then and only then did he consider lifting again.

get checked out first, and take it from there.

hope this helps

Are you wearing a weight belt when doing these lifts?

If yes - is it cinched really tight?

no, I do not have a weight belt.
