I see a waist line expanding ... and it's not mine ... anymore :lmao: :)

Shiiiiiiiiiiit - I don;t think so. Just because my lifts are so HUGE does not mean I am going to be a fatty ;) - and BTW you try having 4 trick-o-treaters living in the same house as you - it looks like a grocery store candy isle blew up in my pantry right now.

The only "huge" lift I see is your ass getting lifted off the ground so your bed nurse and wash your bed sores ass hole.....;)

What about picking up your fat whore of a mother

You leave your wife out of this! Just because you stayed over at the house in high school, got drunk, and fucked my fat mother does not mean you should make fun. You married her......:worried:

Weight this AM: 237

Fridays workout:

Flat Bench:135x10, 155x5, 185x5, 195x5, 225x1, 230x1x4
Standing Press:95x5, 115x5, 135x5x5
Dips:BWx7x3

Saturdays Workout:

Back Squat:135x10, 225x5, 315x5x5
Jump Shrugs:135x10, 225x8, 275x5x5
Leg Press:8 plates x20, 12 plates x15x2

Took my last shot this AM. So next week is a deload and following that will be a caloric reduction and a month of higher reps to give my tendons a break. I deff have some fat to loose but I still want to stay focused on strength as a main goal. Not sure if the log dies here or what. May keep it going. THanks to all that followed it along for the past ten weeks. As I see it my numbers were and are:

Back Squat: 365x1, 425x1
Deadlift: 355x1, 425x1
Flat Bench: 205x1, 245x1

Not bad for 9-10 weeks. Pics and measurements will be this week.
