Well.... I'm not at the gym right now. So yes. I think I will take a few weeks to deload and just lift M/W/F - prob do the 5x5 w/ 70% of my current maxes and just do straight sets. Then do 2 weeks of 20 reppers and then back on a 100% 5x5. I will save my current M/T/Th/F/Sat for when I am heavily medicated....

- maybe a smidge for Sundays shot but it is such a sad site. I think I cried a little tonight when I saw how low it really was - same w/ the Andropen and Test E. I have decided to taper the dose down on my Test E to 250 per week. I'm going to do that for 10 weeks and then up the Test and ad in some NPP or Tren for 10 weeks and then do PCT. I want to keep an abundance of Test in my system while I run this GH - which is freaking awesome IMO - we gotta get you some.
Yes - he shows up a few times during the 15 min. I actually started working up to 30 min before I decided to start lifting so heavy. I had planned to go to Thailand to the Fairtex training camp late this year (I am not going) and their daily routine is:
AM Jog: 12k
Breakfast/Rest: 1 hr
Jump Rope: 30min
2 Hrs of Thai Boxing - 6 minute rounds, all out, no joke
Lunch/Rest: 3hr
PM Jog: 5k
Jump Rope 30min
3 hrs of Thai Boxing
These guys live in dirt floor shacks and hope to one day fight their way out of poverty. It is nothing like anything you can experience in America, the training is incredibly intense, and I hope to do it one day. Right now I am totally focused on getting stronger, and bigger so Thailand is 2007 at best - and I think I will wait till my now 8yr old is 12 so he can join me - he is a mad man.
