Al- hows the left hipflexor? Bunny's yoga stretches help at all?


No pre-judging here sweetie - come one come all.

My hipflexor is about 80% better - I wish I lived near Bunny b/c I would drive to where she is and buy her a present or something! I owe Bunny a lot, even if she doesn't see it that way - She has helped me through 2 injuries now w/ no gym time lost, and she is just an inspiration to me!
 
Weight this AM: 236

Yesterdays workout:

Back Squat:135 x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5
Deadlift:185x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x3


I almost passed out after the 315 squat set. It was a real grinder so I decided to stop there and start DL'ing. I am not a big fan of puking in the gym but yesterday there was no way around it.

Diet was dog shit for a few days - struggling w/ a few personal issues and not putting in the effort to gett he cals in. Problem solved but it definatly impacted Monday and Tuesdays lifting.

WOW - my endurance has turned to total dog shit. Before this cycle I was boxing (muay thai) 3x a week. The workouts looked like this:

Jump Rope - 15 min (no stopping)
Stretch - 2 rounds (3 min rounds)
Shadow Box - 3 rounds
Heavy Bag - 2 form rounds and 2 power rounds
Pad Work - 3 rounds
Speed Bag - 2 rounds


It was intense to say the least but I could get through it. Here is todays boxing workout:

Jump rope - 5 min (felt like I was going to puke in my shorts)
Stretch - 10 min
Shadow Box - 1 round
Heavy bag - 3 rounds
Speed Bag 3 rounds

Thank god there was no one there to work pads b/c I would have taken quite a few to the head - I couldn't keep my hands up towards the end of each round - if I were to get into a fight right now I would have to hope for a 2-3 minute fight at the most or I would probably get my ass handed to me.

Have you taken any time totally away from the gym since we started this?
 
15 minutes nonstop jump rope.

Well.... I'm not at the gym right now. So yes. I think I will take a few weeks to deload and just lift M/W/F - prob do the 5x5 w/ 70% of my current maxes and just do straight sets. Then do 2 weeks of 20 reppers and then back on a 100% 5x5. I will save my current M/T/Th/F/Sat for when I am heavily medicated.... ;) .

My Deca is all gone :bawling: - maybe a smidge for Sundays shot but it is such a sad site. I think I cried a little tonight when I saw how low it really was - same w/ the Andropen and Test E. I have decided to taper the dose down on my Test E to 250 per week. I'm going to do that for 10 weeks and then up the Test and ad in some NPP or Tren for 10 weeks and then do PCT. I want to keep an abundance of Test in my system while I run this GH - which is freaking awesome IMO - we gotta get you some.

Yes - he shows up a few times during the 15 min. I actually started working up to 30 min before I decided to start lifting so heavy. I had planned to go to Thailand to the Fairtex training camp late this year (I am not going) and their daily routine is:

AM Jog: 12k
Breakfast/Rest: 1 hr
Jump Rope: 30min
2 Hrs of Thai Boxing - 6 minute rounds, all out, no joke
Lunch/Rest: 3hr
PM Jog: 5k
Jump Rope 30min
3 hrs of Thai Boxing

These guys live in dirt floor shacks and hope to one day fight their way out of poverty. It is nothing like anything you can experience in America, the training is incredibly intense, and I hope to do it one day. Right now I am totally focused on getting stronger, and bigger so Thailand is 2007 at best - and I think I will wait till my now 8yr old is 12 so he can join me - he is a mad man.

GH would be fun!!! I think I might want to go to that Thai camp with you. I just want to be hit will sticks and calls awful name....:rolleyes:
