Deadlifting my way to Happiness - Al420's log

that will be the test distracting you. I stare at anything with boobies in my gym, sometimes following the really hot ones around and peeking at them from behind equipment, or sniffing the bench when they get up.

nice work on the PP tho, I use a wide grip for overhead work myself that's about the same as my bench grip but I can see where T's coming from.. more tris = more power

Hadn't thought of sniffing the bench. FFQuads like to bark at hot girls in the gym, but he a one jacked midget so I think it is expected.

Yesterdays workout:

Back Squat:135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x2 -PR
Deadlift:135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x2 -PR

Ran out of time - had to go coach flag football. May go do some bicep stuff today just for fun. Needed to do abs yesterday as well.

Really pumpep about 405x2 on squats. I think I had another one in me, but only planned on doing 1 so after 2 I racked it. I even said "uno mas" to my hispanic spotter on the way up on #1. I saw stars after I racked. :evil:

405x2 on squats AND DL in teh same workout? Very nice bro. Things are moving along nicely. I'd suggest you don't take Tweakle's advice on bench sniffing. There have been many many sweaty man asses on those benches you know.
 
Thanks to all except FFQuads - F him.

My legs are pretty stiff today for sure - hams are a bit sore. I rode the staionary bike today for 20 minutes, stretched for about 15 minutes and then had a homoerotic Bicep workout superset w/ Decline abs BWx20x5. I need to go in to the gym even on off days to stretch and stay loose as I seem to get overly tight in between workouts -especially if my break is 2 days.
