Squats felt really heavy today - really gotta watch my form and make sure I'm not leaning forward GM style - maybe donuts aren't the best fuel after all..lol. I am still feeling Jump Shrugs out - boy do you get some crazy ass looks from the moronowski's sauntering around the gym in there speedo'esque attire - me, sweating through my 10+ year old shirt and chalk all over my hands and the bar. It's a sight.
Trainer (bout 5'8" 150'ish): "Don't bounce or jump - use your muscles"
Trainee: "I read that this was a dynamic lift"
Trainer: "Whatever that means....., that is just some BS powerlifter crap"
He was doing cleans from the floor - funny shit. I went up to the trainee after I finished lifting and told him he was getting ripped off by his douchebag trainer. I asked him if he wanted to look like him and he said "No" very quickly - I replied w/ "nuff said". Fun times.
Just stop right now! Stop with those silly stories! The truth - This huge gay BB was in the locker room and you made some smart ass comment. The next thing you knew, you were on your ass because he had pushed you down to the ground. Then, like some little 1 year old you quickly hid in one of the showers and you rest I just don't feel comfortable talking about. That is the truth!!
