Todays workout: Nothing was planned but I felt really "alive" so I decided to head to the gym. Trained after only eating once but yesterday was a 7k cal day so I think that was why I felt so great this AM.

HS Seated Rear Delt:2plates x10, 4 plates x10, 6 plates x10, 8 plates x10 - what a bullshit machine. I had it stacked to the end and it still was not heavy. Total crap.

It was a pretty
workout but I felt like toying around and seeing how strong/weak I was on some machines I used to use. My shoulders were still a little sore from Fridays pressing - chest is wrecked. I just wanted to get them pumped to be honest. I look like a cartoon character about half way through my workouts, and any time I do any isolation work I just blow the fuck up - like the bugs bunny cartoons when he puts his thumb in his mouth and blows himself up - needless to say I love the way this feels. I am already thinking about my cycle ending and I don't like the idea at all...........
