2 sets of 50, pull down style with the light band. Cheese did leg raises while I did my pull downs.

Cheese does these every week without the box. He goes for 100 reps. I decided to partake in them this week. We did 50 without the box and close stanced and 50 on the box...

All in all it was a pretty good day. Since my hams are on their way up and I feel pretty solid all over...my squat is feeling better. I need to start taking heavier weight on them...probably 315 plus bands from now on...we will see.
