sometimes when i do dumbbell lunges on the last 2 or 3 reps for each leg i am really tired, and instead of pushing up with one leg and then immediately extending the other one all the way out in front of me for the next rep, i will push up with the 'working' leg, and then take my other leg and only bring it forward until my feet are together just to rest for asecond, then i complete the next rep...is this making the last few reps ineffective or affecting the movement in any way besides the fact that i rest for a second?
