When i do would squats I would spend so much time adjusting my feet even after a rep. Well today i just stuck my feet on the ground and didnt move them till i was done with the set. Man it sure makes a different. No more happy feet for me.lol

I used to do that...lol

What kind of shoes are you wearing?

Yes I have that problem as well.

Once i get the weight off the bar i spend a good 10 secs adjusting my feet.

Also When Im doing seated calf raises my shoes start sliding to the ends of the machine which is anoying.

How do I fix these probs?

I don't have any problems with Chucks...and they are cheap too...

My gym has the saddest squat racks; they're made for doing half squats. Or for really tall people. I have to back my ass up about two feet with the bar on my back to be able to do full squats. Consider yourself lucky. :)

Try taking your shoes off for the calf raises. I have the same problem, and it worked for me. Until I got "spoken to" by one of the trainers. :(

And he's there all day, every day.

Now I just stop and adjust my feet as quickly as I can and get back to my set. Seems to be working alright!
