i use to squat while listening to the pitter pat of my feet......
ah...... what good memories.
now im opposite........ i was doing 315 for 3 sets of squat, on the last set on rep number 8 of 9 i looked down while resting at the top and noticed that it looked like i had a split stance...... but i went ahead and did the last rep the same way.
oh well...... if one quad gets a new striatation in it or something i will put the other foot forward.
