Cycle advice

Hi all,

I am looking to start a new cycle in the new year.
I am going to be training really hard (harder than ever before) as I have a new full time job in a gym so will be working out at least twice if not 3 times a day.
I want to get the most out of this training and want to get fitter, faster and stronger!
I will be doing one strength session and one conditioning session a day and potentially some crossfit style training too.

I want to limit the side effects as much as possible, and want to improve sporting performance.

I am looking for the following:
Increase my max lifts
Decrease body fat
Increase muscle mass
Increase speed and power
Increase aerobic endurance

I am thinking of running 8 weeks:
500g Test E (e/w)
100g var (e/d)
HCGenerate (e/d)
N2 Guard (e/d)
Tribulus and Bulbine (e/d)

PCT:
Unleashed
Post Cycle
Tribulus and Bulbine

Has anyone run similar cycles to this?
Can anyone offer any advice or would they change this cycle?

If you're going to run Test E run it 10 weeks...

Start the HCGen around 5 weks and you can run into PCT

Add Forma Stanzol to PCT, start that after last pin, start the PC/UL 2 weeks later....

No need to train 3x a day

Nice set up tho, simple and effective

Is Forma Stanzol easy to get my hands on?

I have only ever run 2 8week cycles before, and towards the end of the cycle I found my gains dropping off, these cycles were with Test Prop however.

Will the gains taper off dramatically on a 10 week cycle?

Has anyone run this cycle before? What sort of gains did you achieve?

i hope you can eat like 7k cals and sleep 12hrs a day if you wanna train 3x per day...

you kinda listed every goal imagineable.. that will be hard to do

why dont you focus on one or two goals and really go after it.

like bulk/get stronger or lean up/ get in better shape..

trying to do everything at once will make it hard to do any of them really well

No need to train 3 times a day bro do like an hour to two and some cardio somthing like 30 mins twice a week or so. Def run the hcgen through your pct and since your living in the gym you might also like to add bridge to the end of pct. your good to go
 
He just got a job in a gym, he said cardio (probably morning) and weights ( probably later)
So he is in the gym most of the day.. Probably able to eat well too because of the environment he's in. Training 2 x a day isn't that bad spread out is it? Bodypart split or 2 on 1 off 2 on?
 
no its not but i want to be 100% or as close to when I hit a muscle group. I would much rather do my 2 hrs and cardio then rest up for the next one tomarrow.

I was just going to say 2 times a day is doable,even some pro's will do this right before a competition,
Cardio 3 times a week,every other day a split ,Chest,Shoulders,Arms, Split into later that evening Leg work,the next split Back,Bis Lats split later that day Abs,crunches,leg raises Still i caution you getting too eager will cause you to over train.
