today was lower body
it consisted of 5 sets of squats.
my last set was 185 for 8 reps, barely below parallel. this is kinda the most i've done in probably 8 months. i've done so much more, but i realize i'm getting back to where i was.
being in ketosis, i know i can do much more, and probably break a PR as soon as i'm done with this dieting crap
weight is still at 245, so i'm guessing that's pretty accurate, even with the water fluctuating
