today i did: pullups, bent-over rows, yates rows, DB rows, CG bench, and DB extensions.

the weights were insanely light, and they were all i could handle. these are just depletion workouts anyways.

i was feeling a little lethargic off and on today. it happens.

every day in gym class, we have to do a 1/4 mile warmup run. now if i'm huffing and puffing doing this every day, and i can't handle enough volume in my workouts, something's gotta get sacrificed. i'll just show up everyday and go through the motions, cut corners, etc. i'll at least pass

today was carb-up.

i got really bad shin splits during gym class today. pretty damn painful.

came home, did a very quick upper body 'depletion' workout, but there wasn't many sets involved.

pigged out on pizza, breadsticks, had a can of soda, a boal of oatmeal, and some milk in my casein shake. finally!

ALA was icing on the cake. made me feel good

trying to get back into ketosis. i don't have any ketostix so i don't really know for sure, but i just guess.

it sucks trying to eat so much fat and so little protein this first day. downing canola oil is fricking gross.

my weight is at 250, after a carb-up. was 260 when i started.

getting down to 225, hopefully ~10% then

my knees and right ankle hurt off and on. i find that i remain sore from my workouts for at least a couple days.

the weights i handle are pathetic. also, my muscles are very flat and soft (shrunken) and all the fat is still there, so i look worse.

i wish this would go faster. lol

i find that i have diarrhea very often. at least half the week. this happened the last time i did CKD (for a week). this happened when bulking also, but not nearly as much.

maybe it's the venison i'm eating? i have no idea

dude man think about it. do you think drinkin canola oil just for the sake of ketosis will make you loose fat??????think about it man........it wont

eat real low fat and moderate carbs moderate protien and you wont feel the ups and downs of a no carb diet, youll feel alot better mentally and psycially. and you wont look flat like you do on ketos

good luck my man

makes sense to me. use fat for energy

CKD has produced results for many people. i just gotta find out how it works for me

use fat that your eating for energy does NOT make any sense to me.

use your BODYFAT for energy

i think ckd's and diets like that are mainly internet HYPE i never see anyone doing these crazy diets at my gym or places like that.

people drop fat and lower carbs not ckd's on the internet is a different story

but thats atleast where i come from, north carolina and we may be a little slow too so who knows man good luck

What exactly are you training for?

strongman?
powerlifting?
bodybuilding?
athletics?

I don't understand the reason for cutting. With extremely hard training and dedication fat loss will come natural. It is time to set some goals, get some focus, improve the diet, and step up the intensity.

With these important tools, your training will be successful. Right now, It seems like you are dilly dallying with various programs.

I wish you luck!

I just cut some bad stuff out. I dont many sugars at all anymore. I dont eat a lot of carbs. I eat a lot of protien. I just work out hard and I have lost a good deal of bodyfat just from that. I think it would work for you too. You just need to make up your mind on what are trying to accomplish.
