false alarm. i just checked the mirror and i'm still all here. anybody find a miracle cure for stretch marks though?

i have them on my calves, my quads, my hams, my ass, my love handles, my left lat, both biceps, and both pec/delt tie-ins. its disgusting
 
i don't have a credit card, parents wont let me use theirs...think there's some calipers at the local walmart or mall? i'm leaving for town in a couple hours so i might be able to find some somewhere, if i knew where to look
 
never got a chance to go to GNC. i'll just go by the mirror

my weight this morning (~18 hours after carb-up) was 245, but water weight is always going back on forth with keto diets so i can't really go by the scale.

got some stacker 2, anybody ever tried it? i'm debating on wether i should use it now or when i get to like 13% or so..but spring break's coming up, and we have a swimming unit for gym class coming up too. lol..gotta look pretty

use the stacker now, you can always get another bottle when you get to 13%, it will help you get there quicker. I heard its real good. stop chugging the canola oil too, that cant be helping your cause

the canola oil is the cheapest and therefore only way for me to get enough dietary fat for the day

I am under the impression that you are putting too much thought about certain things. The key to losing fat is to build up your metabolism and learn how to trick your metabolism. Tricking your metabolism is based on the types of foods you eat Eating no carbs is certainly not healthy. Never ever deprive yourself of nutrition!!! Make sure water intake is high.

You must learn how to train your ass off and burn more calories than you are eating. As far as training is concerned, you must sweat!!! Are you sweating? If you aren't losing 2 to 3lbs of sweat per workout. . . .you are not training hard enough.

Increase the volume and include a fast tempo in your training. Make sure your weight training sessions last no more than 1 hour.

Include lots of cardio!

If you are suffering from appetite loss. . . then you are not elevating your metabolism. If your body is constantly hurting, then you are not training properly.


Ask yourself these questions. . . .also ask yourself. . . am I pushing myself hard enough?
 
i do think a lot about this, but lifting, etc is all i ever think about anyways.

i'm feeling that things are going good...

a CKD doesn't sound good as very low carbs most of the week could seem umm improper. lol..but i'll never know how it works for me if i don't try it

Ignore that. A multitude of studies have shown, even over a period of many months, that ketogenic diets are safe and effective.
