Need to loose quite a few pounds to get my 6 pack and saturations in 6 weeks from today.
Meal 1 - oats , protein shake
Meal 2 - chicken rice
Meal 3 - chicken
Meal 4- nuts and p shake
Meal 5 - eggs
Post workout rice and p shake
Meal 6 - chicken or casein shake.
Cardio
Also jumprope 5 days a week fasted
And hiit twice a week and 3 times a week 30 mins sted pace cardio
Weights 5 days a week
Any help please
Personnaly id avoid whey in the morning..go for egg whites. Also a tbsp of natural peanut butter in the morning helps...make it fit ur fat macros tho
