Cutting diet review help!

Need to loose quite a few pounds to get my 6 pack and saturations in 6 weeks from today.
Meal 1 - oats , protein shake
Meal 2 - chicken rice
Meal 3 - chicken
Meal 4- nuts and p shake
Meal 5 - eggs
Post workout rice and p shake
Meal 6 - chicken or casein shake.

Cardio
Also jumprope 5 days a week fasted
And hiit twice a week and 3 times a week 30 mins sted pace cardio

Weights 5 days a week

Any help please
 
Add veggies/ Also-- you can't go low fat AND low carb--gotta pick 1 or the other or you will be a hormonal mess.

Also-if you go the low carb route--drop the carbs in meal 2--make meal 5 (before workout) your chicken and rice--Add some fats in other meals tho man--I would consider dropping carbs from meal 1 as well--just carbs around the workout. Get in like 100g/day tops BUT INCREASE FAT INTAKE THEN

Eat a bunch of veggies because it'll keep you full.
 
So only carbs around my workout?
Also if i move meal 2 to pre workout what could i eat meal 2?

Also any ideas for good forms of fats?

I done similar to that high fat high protien only carbs i had were fruit and lots of veggies with every meal except pre bed time and drank 2-3 cups green tea and at least gallon of water i lost 6 pound in first 7 days but was realy hard to stick to going to try it again when start 5x5 in few weeks and have carbs before and after workout only

Personally when I try to shed fat, I make myself "work for my carbs". So yeah move meal 2 to preworkout n just eat 2-3 whole eggs plus some egg whites.

Sources of fat- whole eggs, nuts, olive oil, meat. My point is just don't cut out all fat from your diet.
Example-
When I wanna cut- ill drop calories to 2200 a day.
100g carbs, 225g protein,90-100g fat.

My fat comes from whole eggs, olive oil, sometimes fish, fish oil, ground turkey, and some from beef.
 
Add some veggies like they said. I like to eat a piece of fruit an hr or so before i workout. It gives me great energy.

Also today im just doing some Hiit cardio and abs. Should i still have some post workout carbs?

Take high protein supplements before workouts because its good to boost up the fat burning process. I want to suggest bicycling for flattening belly and getting six packs fast. Along with your routine exercise you should consider bicycling, or use stationery bike for that. Bicycling is effective to target fat around abdominal region.
