hi im already in good shape just want to cut bf, been on this diet about a week so far now and gonna continue for at least another month. only eat this every day, dont drink,and got an injured foot so cant do any cardio.
just want to see what you guys think of it?? also, im still very hungry early evening so is this normal on a cut or should i add something more in?
meal 1: 50g porridge oats, 1 serving udo's choice, protein shake
meal 2: 3x dark rye ryvita with 150g low fat cottage cheese
meal 3: 200g chicken breast with 200g broccoli
meal 4: 200g chicken breast with 200g broccoli
meal 5: 1x canned tuna with xtra lite mayo
protein shake after workout
meal 6: 200g salmon with 3/4 cup brown rice
does it look ok to get good results after a month or so?
any ways u think i can improve it appreciated - i'm willing to be as strict as possible - desperate to get shredded!
5'11, 175lbs, currently unsure of bf but around 16%
