Cutting Again

I dont know my fucking mind guys,but I am coming off my cycle early mainly because I have to force feed to bulk and its hotter then hell and I almost barf,and I have no time with summer job coming up and I kayak alot

so here is my plan,lift 4 days a week(ya lifts will go down but that sucks)
my split will be 1chest/bi's 2back/tri's 3shoulders/calves/abs 4 legs but thats not important since this is the diet board

my diet will be 1841 cals,low carb style unless its before kayaking then I need it since I go for 2-3 hrs and 170 prot 39 carb 119 fat

here we go

meal1 can tuna 1 pint milk 2 tablespoons flax on tuna

meal2 4 eggs whites 2 whole eggs scrambled with salsa

meal3 can tuna 2 tbsp flax 2 cup veggies

meal4 can tuna 2 tbsp flax 1 pint milk

I know people will say cals are to low,but my body is one that takes a extreme approach or I dont make progress and I feel the low carb will do wonders for me if I can stick it out which I will no matter what

macro breakdown is this 58 fat 37 prot 5 carb

prob a cheat or carb up day once a week,but it will be a low fat higher carb one
 
Only 4 meals bro? Go for 6. :)

4 = too many hours between meals.

Also, one thing I have observed with you, is that it seems like every week your doing something new, bulking, cutting, lean massing, etc.... I think you need to decide on something and stick with it for a while longer.

Id nix the milk or atleast move it to its own time frame. I know its a jewish thing, but milk and meat really aren't good together. Seems a little low on cals also, ya might want to eat an extra meal or something.
 
I agree I changed my mind on this one quick,I did a cutter from feb till about a month ago,then started bulking,and I just got to busy to feed as much as I needed so Im coming off cycle as opposed to wasting my money and diet till the fall and hopefully get into the single digits,plus I kayak 6-9 hrs a week which would not help bulking at all

I can add a couple meals in there,but I think those cals are a good place to start as it takes pretty low cals and lots of cardio for me to drop weight,my metabolism is much slower then it should be for my age

milk will be carb countdown so I think that wont be to bad
 
this diet has turned out out to be going easier then I thought,I did make one change however which is one meal with a direct carb source a day,which will be whole wheat pasta or some other whole wheat product,maybe even oatmeal,but I find this keeps my headaches away which I get alot on a low carb diet

Im still under 80g carb a day and they are cut off at 4-5pm,Ill weigh in tomorrow when I get my ass back in the gym
