Wake up - Two cups of coffee and 3 Xanadrine

Gym:

Abdominals Superset - Crunches/Leg Lifts/Hanging Leg Raises - 3 X

Pull Ups to Failure - 3 X

Push Ups to Failure - 3 X

Elliptical Trainer - 30 Minutes - High Intensity for 60 Seconds Every 5 Minutes.

Pull Ups to Failure - 1 X

Push Ups to Failure - 1 X

Ten Minutes Stretching

Protein Shake.

???
 
What are your goals? I would decrease the time between HIT on the eliptical trainer. Something like 30-45sec high 30sec-1min low intensity. Just my opinion though.
 
Interesting on the HIT - I will try that.

So like 1 Min Regular Intensity then 30 Seconds Hith Intensity - Keep Repeating throughout 30 Minute Session??

Also - I do this regimen Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.

My goals are getting really lean, ripped etc. I am preparing for an 8 Wk PaperVar only cycle at 40 ED. At that time I am planning on incorporating weights and reducing the cardio. But I don't want to start the OX until I am very very lean (almost skinny).

Good idea??
 
I think it is a good idea to get lean before the var, but var could help you do that as well (your choice). If you are in good cardio shape than 20 min is enough,30 min great. But if you are just starting go 12-15min for the firsr few weeks and build up to 20-25minutes. 30 sec hight 1 min low worked greate for me and a lot of guys I trained with. Good luck.
