Critique Diet PLEASE!!!

ok, im trying to cut, currently at 210lbs, 26 years old, 5'6 and 18-19% BF. im trying to reach 13-14% bodyfat. this is what my diet looks like so far:

3am - 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread with natty PB (on lifting days only!)
6am - PWO shake 1 scoop mixed in water (on lifting days 2 scoops mixed in non-fat milk)
8am - 6 eggs scrammbled (1 whole) 1 packet of regular oatmeal
1030 - protein shake mixed in water 1 scoop
1230 - 1 can tuna (chicken of the sea) or 4 pieces of chicken tenderloins w/veggies usually broccoli (raw)
330 - protein shake mixed in water 1 scoop
6pm - 630pm - 4 pieces chicken tenderloins (or steak) salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots) w/steamed broccoli
9pm or 10pm - protein shake mixed in water 1 scoop

my workout routine looks like this: lift every morning or do cardio at 5am
Cardio : 45 min monday, wednesday, friday (sometimes sunday)
lift days: Tuesday (chest/back), Thursdays (legs/shoulders), Saturdays (arms)

Im drinking about 1.5-2 gallons of water every day, i've been at wk 4 with this diet, and have noticed that my weight hasnt gone up or down at all, but my pants have started feeling looser..alot looser..im tying to get to 13-14% by 01-01-05 is there anything i might be doing wrong or eating wrong? too much food, not enough..PLEASE HELP!!! any suggestions welcomed! Oh im also taking creatine everyday, flax seed oil, 2g of glutamine after workout on lifting days, and cycling clen and will be adding T3 on monday.
