By the way i dont have Dextrose at the moment so im just useing oatmeal in my PWO shake for the mean time untill i get my dex. but to be honest im iv got quite good results with the oatmeal in PWO shake during my bulk.

thanks in advance for any help :)

Yeah, I need less carbs too for cutting too. I use a 40/30/30 split of pro/carbs/fat, but if that works for you than that's all that really matters. The diet looks real nice and clean though. I don't see anything wrong with it if that's what your body likes for cutting. Everyone's different though.

I think its perfect. Nice n simple.

I personally dont supplement any fat/add oils, but thats just me.

good results for anyone who can man-up and do this day in and day out for a long time

thanks guys for the kind replys :D just started my cut so i did't want to lower carbs 2 much, will do this many for a month see wot happens, then might drop it if it aint working for me. thanks again lads :)

dude nice diet hope you can keep it up if your doing it naturally with a say 2 HIT cv sessions a week a 2 steady stae you should loose nicely.

im sure you know these but as you progress through the diet start to take more carbs out the diet at times not near your workout

have days which are are also higher in cals say 3300 in that day do it every 5-7 days

id personally drop the beans etc for lower carb veg but that is just me

I know everyone is different, but your cutting diet is about the same as the bulking diet im planning for my next bulking cycle. If you haven't used pintoca's cutting calculator, give it a whirl, it's very detailed and was right on par with me.
If you haven't had your BMR calculated, it's a good thing to do, it helped me a lot. My BMR was about 1800 cals a day, and i was only eating about 2100 cals on lifting days and 1800 cals on non lifting days, doing the 5x5 as best i can, and i lost a pretty steady 1-2 lbs a week. I hate to say this, but less cals works, especially on the carbs. My split is about 50% protein, 25% fats, 25% carbs, and the carbs i get are all from fruits and vegtables.
