8am - Protein Shake
8:30am - Run
9:30am - Protein Shake, Pack of Oatmeal w/ Brown Sugar, Tuna Sandwhich Brown Bread
11:30am - Tuna w/ 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites with rice and mustard, Fruit(orange or banana)
1:30pmm -
2:30pm -
4:30pm - Protein shake
5:00pm - Gym
6:00pm - Protein shake 2 egg whites
7:00pm
9:00pm
Protein shake before i go bed
Im guessing theres too many protein shakes there, need help creating my diet, anyone suggest any foods for these times? aims to cut fat, gain muscle, get leaner and stronger this is monday to friday, any meals that you can suggest for me would be very helpful!! my snacking food is just natural popcorn aswell, anything wrong?
