Who eats it. I just got turned on to it last week. My wife started buying the organic wheat couscous. I looked up the nutritional content and HOLY SHIT!!

It seems like almost the perfect food for a body builder that isnt trying to avoid carbs. If I were alot leaner I would eat a cup with every meal. But I think i'm going to at least add a cup to my post workout meal right after my pwo shake. Possibly a half cup for breakfast when I dont feel like oats.
