however much milk is needed, probably 2 cups at least
couple of eggs wouldnt go a miss

i just go by eye but strawnerries, bananna, vanilla whey, milk, ice, oats makes a nice shake. i do 2 strawberries to every 1 bananna. i would guess my mix is about 4 ice cubes, 2.5 cups milk 2 scoops whey 3/4 cup oats 1 bananna, 2 strawberries

thats basically what i throw in my shakes, some whey, some fruits, some fat free milk, some oats, ice, and sometimes some fat-free yogurt (the little cups of dannon light and fit taste pretty good). peanut butter and fruits in a shake doesnt taste so good in my opinion so choose one or the other, you can throw fruits in your shake during the day and cut the fruits at night and replace it with anpb.
I like to use my Max Gourmet brownie chocolate shake, 1 banana, 2 heaping scoops of peanut butter, and for my PWO, I put in Max ACM. ACM is a carb matrix. I love making shakes. I love to blend!

Man I got so sick of that shake lol Im gonna try a differant one with some strawberries, blueberries, ice, milk, whey and stuff like that as some other people say
I do 2 scoops chocolate whey 2 cups milk, 1 cup choc ice cream, 3 tbsp peanutbutter, 2 squirts of honey, a banana, and 5 ice cubes... It's thick and yummmmmy!! Ordered some big blast two nights ago im ready!!
