first exersise
flat dumbell press
1 warm up set
2 sets working with a weight you can do 10-12 reps
hamer incline/smith
2 sets 10-12 reps
decline dumbell
2 sets weight which allows 12-15
flys
2 sets 15-20 reps
dont go to heavy all your doing is power lifting if ya do
eventually you will be able to do heavy weights for 10-15 reps per set then your chest will be big.
