Coming off T-rex or other supps..

Hi Ladies..
Having never taking any thermogenics before.. and am looking into it, I'm curious to know how long you've stayed on supps such as T-rex... and what happens to your body after you come off them? Providing you have a solid fitness regime and clean eating, do you find you easily gain weight/fat soon after finishing taking them? I know men who take them, but interested to know what the women think. The only supps I would be taking are T-rex and YES

Its good to "cycle" them on & off every couple weeks -- could be 2 weeks, could be 6 weeks. Come off & let your body clear it out for a bit. The fatburning increase is not all that big so there shouldn't be any impact except maybe a little less kick of energy in the morning when you are off. But then you may also feel more relaxed too when you are off. But if your diet & training are consistent, there should be no issue.

Good information. My plan was to use the TRex for 5-6 weeks, and when I'm off the TRex, use my Glucorell and SesaPure... Does this make sense, or are they better combined?

I didn't have any problems stopping the Trex/Levorex combo & didn't experience any negative side effects.....

I used Glucorell in conjunction with the Trex/Levorex - Sesamax wasn't out yet then...

Using a T-Rex, Glucorell & Sesapure stack is a great option if you are trying to lose fat.

Even though you may not feel the T-Rex after 5-6 weeks (I've gone plenty longer & still 'felt' it) that does NOT mean it's not working. If the stimulant effects fade, and you want to get the *jolt* as you did when first starting you can cycle on & off every 2 weeks, same goes for Cardio Breeze.

You can cycle T-Rex (stim) & Levorex (non-stim) every 2 weeks if you'd like. I know Daisy Girl cycled T-Rex / Hydroxycut 2 on 2 off ...

You are your best test subject here ... try it out, but I would use the Gluc, Sesa & T-Rex together.

thanks everyone!

I never thought of alternating thermos such as two weeks one supp, two weeks another supp.. has this been beneficial for you?

Like you said, I am my own guinea pig. I see that many people have numerous supplements, however I'm hesitant to take so many.

When you stopped taking the supps altogether... even if you kept up with a strict fitness/diet regime.. how did your body change? Did much of the fat come back?

Thanks again! :) :) :)

I went on a "several month all out gorge fest" so I can't say..... ;)

DIET is key here, with or without supps. If your diet is clean, training in place, supps are only an extension of that ... so as long as you are not eating like crap & slacking (of course with no medical issues) then NO the fat will NOT come back.

thanks again!

When you cycle different thermos,(keeping in mind.. I know its different for everyone!) how have many of you found is a good time to stay on one..
I was thinking of trying 2 weeks t-rex, 2 weeks cardio breeze.. is it a good idea to alternate between 2 different thermos.. or would doing a 2 week on/off cycle with T'rex /cardio breeze be a good idea?

I'm new to this thermos stuff and i really appreciate all your feedback. I also noticed that when buying the pack, I can get YES t'rex and glucorell, but had never really planned on taking glucorell, only thought about it because it comes with the package..

I'm a beginner supplementer :)
