Oh boy, it's nearly 0900 on a Saturday, I've downed some N2slin & N2burn and I'm about to go out for some fasted cardio.... OK a 2 mile walk. I can't run with my foot condition so I'll have to walk at a brisk pace. I may pause on the park for some shadow boxing.
I am NOT a morning person so getting up before noon on a Saturday for cardio without first getting some caffeine in me is a real push!
