cold turkey or + AAS?

I'm going to be dropping from hvy weight to light hvy weight over the next 3 mo's. Current stats 27, 5'10, 250lbs not sure on BF but its higher than normal.
Clean diet, 2500 cal intake 60/20/20. My training will consist of mit/bag/mat work and sparring with little to no weight training during this process. I know i will lose some LBM, thats a given when dropping this much weight.

Was considering taking some var 80-100mg ED for 6-8wks or winny with some npp since its tuff on the joint to help maintain str. Anything else would be a waste of gear with limited to light lifting, any input would be much a appreciated.
 
winny is good for fat loss but if you are dieting heavy and doing a lot of training youl need somthing a bit more androgenic too keep your lean muscle mass i woul still youse the winny but with somthing like trenbolone or if you dont like injecting turinabol which is oral is more androgenic a bit like dianobol without the estrogen would be a good idea i would do trenbolone at 200mg a week or turinabol at 40mg a day. also why dont you try clen the steriods will help you keep the muscle and the clen would shed your weight twice as fast.

I was thinking about clen, but my source dosnt carry it so not an option. Was considering tren ace as well but didnt know how effective it would be with minimal lifting. I'll look into the tbol, thanks for the input!!
 
Bro you gota long way to go to get to 205 ... Im assuming your gona want to keep your training weight around 210-220 and cut water pre fight.

Get off the sauce, and only do circuit training with weights. Youll find extra cardio, speed, and flexibility is going to help you more than puffy muscles.

Personally ive said fuck it to weight lifting entirely and have maintianed most size and strength.

Especially considering the weight your looking to drop the only AAS id use is maybe some halo a week or 2 pre fight for strength and aggression, but considering you naturally muscular and thick most anything else will put mass on. And @ this point, even lean mass isnt a good thing.

TBH @ your hieght if you can comfortably make 205, id consider trying to dice up for middleweight ... the divisions are filling up with naturally (bone structure) bigger guys all the time.
 
My boy fights KOTC and he drops from 320 to 265 in like 45 days! No joke...

He does it by:

Lots of Cardio

Lots of Shakes

Eatin g cleaner than Clean

Its amazing the change last time I saw him drop that much weight!

Thanks for the input bro! Dropping the weight in 3 mo's wont be an issue, main concern was maintaining str. But you make a good point, water weight and puffy guns won't do me any good. I'm just going to focus on my training and clean diet and re evauluate at 215. As far as middle weight goes, might be a good idea though i havnt been under 200lbs since 16 lol. But your right, gawd i'd be a monster!! :chomp:

bro, dont let this sound like im flaming you because i have the most respect for all guys who lay it on the line and fight....we got the toughest sport in the world...
weightlifting is nessicary for fighters today...there is no way to get stronger than weightlifting...matt hughes, gsp, fedor, vanderlei, chuck, fuckin everyone does it....you have to do it to get the rediculous strength that helps win mma fights
also, everyone one is on the gear too...from matt hughes to fedor, they are all on it...i know from training with many...also, dana white is well known to not test when he wants you on gear...or they dont publish the results...now
you are right...no one needs big puffy muscles...maybe bodybuilders...but there are many compounds that make you hard as fuck
also, GH is a nessecity today....with how hard guys train...it is the only way to prevent injuries...
many are on a low dose test..between 200-400mg ew....hgh is rampant...high doses...halo is huge a couple weeks before fight....cheque drops are also very usefull....not to mention compounds like EPO....nothing helps more than that
also...if you wanna fight at 205...you can be 220 the day before...you can cut comfortably 12% of your bodyweight...i am 200 lbs and i fight at 185 all the time with no problems...i am 200 lbs until 4 hours before weight it...everyone can do 12% ones bodyweight...this is without diet or cardio...
diet and cardio are in place...then you cut the 12% for the fight
there is no flack toward you...i love having fighters on the board and the more we can discuss the better...

I would just do something very minimal.
1-8 - Test prop 100mgs/EOD
1-8 - Var 40mgs/ED

thanks bro, it is just good that we have a good amount of fighters on the board so we can all bounce shit off of each other and find out the right combo's!!! ;)
