Choose my new car

I'd take a Lotus Elise if I had that kind of $$$$$ to spend on a car.

1) cuz I'm old
2) I've always been a fan of the long wheelbase GM "floaty" rides
3) I drive like a 80 y.o. woman, so European handling isn't a priority
4) I drive approx. 5k miles a year so gas mileage/durability isn't a biggie
5) cuz I'm old

I hate floaty rides. On Thursday I had to drive my dad's 2007 Caddy DTS, which my stepmom still has even though she's afraid to drive much anymore. Fucking hated it.

Semi agree, I've always been a fan of this car however it is essentially stripped down interiorly in comparison to similarly priced cars with the same performance value.

Was the ride really quiet too?

Don't tell me ... I'll sport wood

You have to drive extra smooth to keep it from lurching all over the place. Eggshells under both feet. I didn't find it all that smooth over rough rural roads, apart from the numb steering wheel.

The Northstar V8 has tons of torque, which you can't use at all without upsetting the whole apple cart.

I actually had an Olds 98 Regency in college for awhile

I was pimping bitches!!!
