I'm just wondering what values everyone is using for this. I use boneless chicken breasts that you buy in boxes. Anyway, I weight it, THAWED but raw. Portions are usually 200-250g (7-9 oz).
Anyway, what I've been using for an 8oz boob is:
cals = 450
fat = 15g
carb = 15g
prot = 60g
Can't remember where I got the values and I nevered bothered to crosscheck.
