Cellulite and clenbuterol

btreflyzgirl

New member
Hi everyone, I am new to this site as well as working out and I wanted to know if anyone can tell me the best way to get rid of cellulite. I have it pretty bad on my legs and buttocks. A friend turned me on to taking clenbuterol(sublingual form) and told me to do alot of cardio so I've been going everyday to my gym and walking on the treadmill at 3-4mph for 30-45min. Will this eventually make the cellulite disappear?

I am 33 and I dont know about my mother because I was adopted at birth. No weight training-am anxious to get that started but have no clue where to begin. I bought a year membership at Genesis Fitness club and am ready to dedicate to it but dont really know where to start.

'Diet' as in your regulated selection of food and drink, normal food intake etc.

How often do you eat and of what, specifically?

Welcome to EF!!! :D

Well, here's the deal (what I would do)

I would get my diet really clean, play around with it and see what starts to work (this could take 3 weeks).

I get my training and cardio into a nice weekly schedule.

I would not take any type of supplement to raise your metabolism - let the the clean food, training and cardio get the process rolling. Then in the event you have hit a plateau and you have tried editing your diet then consider the clen.

If you want type up what you've eaten the past few days and what you are doing at the gym and get some input from the girls (and Shadow) on this board.

:)

oh also, read through the stickies at the top of the forum and the girl's logs.

Thanks very much-to everyone-its about time for me to hit the gym so I will chat with you all later! Thanks again! Tammy

the diet is one important factor
but other is to train your legs, don't be afraid to go heavy on the weights used...
an excellent exercise is squats going as deep as possible.

I'm 36 & have had cellulite also...still have it....However, it has been reduced thru weight training my legs.....

Cellulite tends to occur as the fibers holding the skin onto the muscle stretch and cause that dimply appearance. Adding muscle to that area will fill it out more, making it look smoother.

And as the other ladies said -- excess cardio won't get to where you want to go but a clean meal plan + weight training will.
