can I get a burger after a workout?

I have a question about nutrition and working out.
Today I went to the gym and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at a fast walk
got in a really good sweat and I got my heart rate up.
After a workout like that would it be okay for me to go get a burger at a fast food joint? Would it affect my results from my workout and can you explain more?

No, that would be a terrible choice. They use low quality cuts of meat and cook in unhealthy seed oils. Best thing to do is make a bunch of homemade burgers and freeze them.
 
Alright, so after a workout like that, yeah you can go have a burger if you really want, but just know it might slow down your progress if fat loss is your goal. Treadmill burns calories, sure, but fast food like a burger can bring all those calories right back, even more sometimes. One time isn’t a big deal, but if you do it often, it adds up.
