out of curiosity how well does this work?
like say I were to fuck up on my diet, and ingest 1500 calories, mostly coming from carbohydrate form.
The next day, couldnt i just hop on the treadmill (with a book of course) and work it all off over a long period of time by either doing uphill walking, or running?
like it keeps track of how much you burn, and I could just run until I reached 1500 cals??
is there anything i should be aware of about this? I'm sure in terms of muscle preservation u are much better off just not messing up on your diet, but we're talkin when its too late for that.
