Which would you reccommend after doung 30mins of Cardio after a session. I usually have a carb drink but wondered if a protein drink would be better.
My views as taking a carb drink after cardio is that your blood sugar levels are low anway so drinking carbs would not affect the work already done in burning fat and woiuld only put your blood sugar level back to normal, just my opinion.
