Yes my services are here for everyone. I see you already have one so i won't conflict with his advice , most of them suck tho.

I do have a trainer, but we are only going to see each other 2-3 times/week and he in not allowed to give me diet or supp advice. So there really isn't anything to conflict with! :) I would be interested, I know you're very experienced! :)

Yeah we had a hit weekend 20• and for us that is hot an av temp for march is 12•. So we been all over with the dog making the most of it.

Lucky you guys! We had nice weather for a few days, but hail/ice yesterday... yuck!
