I'm about to start a 8-10 week cycle of test400 @400-500mgs/wk. Iam 6' 200lbs and have been training since i was 16, I am now 22. This is my first cycle and i question my currrent diet. Wondering if I am eating enough protien. Take a look maybe u guys could comment and any help or adjustments would be greatly appreciatd Meal1- 3 eggs whites 2 reg eggs 2 slices of whole wheat toast Snack1 - banna and rice cake loaded w/ peanut butter meal2- whole wheat bread 6-8 slices of turkey apple and peanut butter crackers Snack2- 2 fat free yogurts Pre work out meal- peanutbutter and jelly and pasta Post workout- 2-3 chicken breasts and 4-6 pieces of brocoli. One thing i lack is knowledge in the nutrition department I really want to make this cycle work so any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.
