meal 4

I drink a lot of water all throughout the day! am eating too much calories or not enough?
I workout 3 times a week and walk 5-6 times a week( consider cardio).

Diet looks good, but have you considered replacing the flax caps with real flaxseed oil. You are not getting enough fat from flaxseed caps; thus, I recommend replacing each 2 caps with 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil.

I don't think you're going to have enough calories there. Especially if you're weight training or performing cardio. Your metabolism may down-regulate to match the reduced calorie intake, thus your fatloss may grind to a quick halt.

Monitor your progress, and if you're not dropping bodyfat, bump up your calories.

I usually wouldn't mention this, but i'd throw in another protein shake or up the food intake on each meal. you aren't eating enough protein for your size. Egg beaters are expensive, so if that's a problem, try regular eggs and seperate from the yolk. you should be taking in ATLEAST 225 g. of protein, and a hell of a lot of water.

hope that helped. peace

Well first, I recommend gathering more data and post it up. You should keep track of more than just your protein intake. See how your diet is doin with protein as well as fat, carbs, and total cals. You can probably get more advice with those numbers.

I'm thinking maybe you might wanna drop some of those whole eggs from meal 1. Still have 2 or 3 wholes, but have just the whites of a couple as well.

Cheese isn't very beneficial in a cutting diet.

Protein shakes are good, but 4 a day isn't necessary. You will be happier and more satisfied with your diet if you have some more 'real food.' Vary your diet, as you have only 4 different things throughout the day. You need to really enjoy your diet in order to stick with it. Outrageous diets people develop tend to result in, "Aw the hell with this! It's too hard and I miss all that other food." Also, it looks like you're really trying hard to avoid carbs. Others may object to this, but it is okay to have some oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, and other good carbs. To vary your diet, try tuna or canned chicken, nuts, a.n. peanut butter, and lots of other things you can find listed on this board.

I would also suggest raising the intensity of your cardio workouts. Walking is a great fat burner, but it is also good to do something a little heavier. You can jog, bike, step, etc.

Work up some modifications to your diet and check back for approval. Good luck!

ya that's great guy's thanks alot, if I do add some carbs to my meals when do you recommend them in the day?
I also do some biking and cross training during the week, I eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day and that's all the meals I can fit in. I also carb up on the weekend, I eat what I want to.
