Calories for maintening muscle

I hope this doesn't look stupid .But this time I have not being able to
workout for many reasons,but question is to maintain the muscle that i have
gained over two cycles do I need to be eating 6 meals a day ?
My concern is I dont want Shrink my Muscles.Any Info will be greatly
apreciated. Thanks
 
Your gonna lose some without any kind of training regardless of your diet. My advice is to get in the gym, even if its once a week, and give your muscles some sort of stimulation. If your gym has one get your RMR tested via a Body Gem test for an exact maintenance calorie count.
 
You'll lose size depending on the duration of your non-training period. diet all depends on the person. Depends on your maintinence caloric intake.
 
Can't workout at the gym? get yourself dumbels or something. lift tables, chairs, cars anything and eat enough protein.. it's damn depressing to loose all gains.. muscles come hard and go easy. bitch i know.
