I did burnouts today for the first time ever. I started at my max of 200, then droped 10 pounds for each set and went until failure. This added up to be ALOT of reps, around 100 or so since we went all the way down to just lifting the bar for as many times as we could. Would this be overtraining? We were going to do this after every 6 weeks before we change up our routine. What are your thoughts on doing this?
