I usually can only get one full plate of rice, one plate of things like Mongolian beef, and then another plate with rice and fried things down.

On to my carb portion....one heaping plate of mac and cheese, followed by half a plate of mashed potatoes and gravy mixed with green beans and a side of bbq beans. I then had four cookies and some pudding........mmmmm......pudding

oh yeah I managed to drink 3 32 oz glasses of lemonade

Yeah we had practice tonight and we were outside, it was like 98 degrees 110 with the heat index. i guarantee all those calories are gone....lol
