None of you guys will ever make any gains eating such unhealthy foods......My pre-bed meal before a training day: 1/8 of a can of tuna fish, 1/2 of a grape, and 3/14 of a leaf of spinach.
I've been away on vacation the past couple weeks, and it is gonna take me all day to get caught up on the boards, but just thought I'd say whats up.
