Cardio Breeze – 2 caps around 4 AM, fell back asleep think I took a 3rd around 6 AM
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 min before last 2 meals
ALCAR – 2 caps with food X 3
Tyr2 – 2 caps with food X 3
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 2 caps with food X 3

· OBB + 20 (65) / 12 reps (3-4 second tempo + 2 second hold approx 1-2 inches off chest) --> 70 lbs / 13 reps (3-4 second tempo + 2 second hold on contraction)
