I know how to soften up, that's for sure :)

I actually intended to compliment you on your increase of weight lifted in the weight room, but you bring up a great point about your scale increase. The way you handle it mentally is fantastic and is just another example of why people look to you in awe.

lol Don't apologize... :) everything is in good fun, but I am very serious about my training :D. I weigh more than I do when I started this log, and LOOK the way I do now ... the pics are NOT comparable by any means, only to document the magnificent changes a body can go through & redistribute & reshape/form WhatEVER, body comp .... quite amazing indeed ... this is one reason I keep my log so detailed ... to show what is possible ... at least it's helping me :D

Oh and this morning I also decided to try on my 'skinny' work pants I wore last summer ... not only did they go over the thigh, over the hips, but buttoned, and I can still breath lol ... I am currently wearing them today :)

I will keep my bulking clothes on one side, cutting clothes on the other... no shopping for bunny ... :p

Awesome. I tried that this morning. They got over the thighs barely over the butt, and buttoned but not comfortable so I slid those back off.

I saw where you were saying you're almost afraid to lean out because you like your shape now. Funny you should say that. I was really liking how I looked before I started cutting again too. I'm feeling almost skinny now! I still have a few % to go too. I'm thinking I'm around 12% right now, but won't know til later this week.

I was thinking about all of us walking around at Treil's & Sassy's shows....I'll be the pipsqueak weighing in at 120-125! lol

I know... Ready but at the same time... kinda not all the way ready. Who knows noone would probably ever be fully ready to do this. Except the girl I'm competing against. I spoke with her yesterday and she is so excited to cut. I guess because she has already done it once and knows what she is in for. I guess I'm more apprehensive because I know I'm going to be a Biznatch when I am doing this. I think working at the gym will help keep my mind in the game more then sitting behid this desk! I told her I'm going to be calling her in the middle of the night complaining about cravings and she said," And I will tell you to go back to bed!" I think I may be on here... Think God I live alone and I never have the desire to go to the grocery store after I am home. Well and the grocery store is far enough away that I think I'm o.k. there.

no my trainer thinks I'll be at 125 at 10-12% so we'll be the little ones :)

Go to PA to see Roony, have her take you to this guy's store, when you walk in & he pics the perfect pair of jeans for your body type ... lol ... I'm semi serious b/c she mentioned it to me once, But I have yet to get there to see this magic she speaks of ...

I find a pair that works, I'll by like 4 of the same pairs, I don't care if they cost $200 a pop either, I'll sleep in them :) & usually wear them till they are rags anyway :) I live in workout clothes these days though ...

Yes I've been extremely busy the last few days with finishing up the last little things for the company I used to work with. Damn that was so weird today to close the office door, and not be returning so weird, I was there for over 3 years. OH well time for me to relax and take care of my health.

LOL Oh I know that lol, but since I've added the forearms & wrist work, I DO feel I've strengthened my Grip and the like, however, I'd be hella P.O'd if i dropped that baby on my foot OUCH ... Now if the guy with the blue tooth hanging out of his ear was NEAR me again, I'd let it slip ... mayyyyyyyyyybe ... besides, what's a bunny to do without her sanity cardio ... & footsie... :worried: I HATE casts ...

Last summer I hit up the BB shrugs, but it's been a while ... never tried the beeehind yet ... thanks for the ideer... ;)

It makes my skin crawl ... I posted this in the Moran's thread the other day, but I cannot phase him out when he's on the machine right in front of me ... if the IPOD went any louder, I WILL become hard of hearing ... He's not talking to clients or anything of that nature ... I shouldnt worry about him, but it's quite annoying ...

I however was alittle loud this morning... NOT Louie style tho lol :verygood: but the guys around didn't seem to mind ... the chicks just give me weird looks, must be the 60 lb DBs lol :D *kisses bicep*

Hey, speaking of shrugs.........I use the Hammer Strength groundbase high pull and the SM for shrugs. Ever tried the high pull? Yesterday I did 180 - all time record for me. YAY!!!!! Damn, I'm hurtin' today. The guys were kinda' shocked that I put 4 - 45's on the equipment and then could ACTUALLY pull the weight! Strained one of my triceps on the first set though, so had to drop it down to 160. :rolleyes:

I prefer the SM because you can get your hands positioned more comfortably. The high pull bars are actually a little wide for me - being the pipsqueak I am! lol

SM as in Smith Machine correct ? (to clarify for those out there who are wondering wtf we're talking about )

I've only used the OBB (Olympic Barbell) & DB's, not the others ..... yet :) Thanks SG for the tip, I didn't even think of that (the Smith yes, the HS groundbase no) :D

BTW NICE job on the 180 honey ... dayyum
